4731 has been around for some time. We didn't invent the genre of the studio arts building, but we certainly did help it flourish. One of our greatest accomplishments has been to do our part to bring the arts community together. If one of us succeeds, we all succeed. It hasn't been easy, and we have evolved over time to the point where we have a great group of artists in the building that are drawn together by their common need for good creative space. The city still needs to learn how to support artists, and we still need our market to expand, but we are here, creating artistic expressions of our talent, our experiences, and our lives. We offer 31 individual studios, and are home to some of the most talented artists, fashion designers and creatives in the city.
